We are now selling ABBA Seed Products in Bulk

Your ATTENTION please; ABBA seed mixes are some of the finest available. They are ORGANIC and pesticides are not used. This can result in insect infestations occuring at any point in time. They may be in egg form(invisible to see), larvae form or hatched and visible.  If we see visible hatched insects we will freeze automatically and not ship. However, eggs can hatch on the way to your location.  We store the product in an air conditioned warehouse but even then and especially with shipping in vehicles the seed can be exposed to warmer conditions bringing out the insects.

If you are experiencing insects, our reccomendation is to freeze the product for about 48 hours which will usually terminate all of the insects. If you request it we can freeze the products before shipping at no extra charge. This will delay your order by approximately four days.  This is the reality of organic seed. Frozen insects present no harm to the birds and offer an additional protein source, albeit uncomfortable to some, it is just reality.   We are simply being candid and honest and please take this into consideration when ordering and choose not to order if it is a problem for you.  We appreciate your understanding.
